The Phillies are finalizing a deal to acquire closer Jhoan Duran from the Twins in exchange for two top 100 overall prospects, catcher Eduardo Tait (No. 56) and right-hander Mick Abel (No. 92), a source told MLB.com's Mark Feinsand.
