With the Minor League season winding down, MLB Pipeline decided it was time to shine a light on some prospects who initially flew under the radar.

We've got some superstars at the top of the last Hitter Power Rankings of the regular season -- and a new No. 1.

Randy O'Neal appeared in four regular-season games for the 1984 Tigers and was part of the postseason taxi squad, but he never got a World Series ring ... until this week. "It's like a validation," he said.
