The Padres agreed to acquire standout reliever Mason Miller and lefty starter JP Sears from the A's for shortstop Leo De Vries -- the game's No. 3 overall prospect -- plus three other pitchers ahead of today's 6 p.m. ET Trade Deadline, a source told MLB.com.
