Thank you for attending the Pirates game on Saturday, April 19 vs. the Cleveland Guardians. Our records show that you received a digital voucher for future redemption of the Paul Skenes Rookie of the Year Bobblehead, presented by PNC. Good news! The bobbleheads have arrived in Pittsburgh and we are excited to begin our distribution to fans such as you. Our hope is to make pick-up as flexible and easy as possible by providing a variety of date and time options.
You may choose to redeem your Paul Skenes Bobblehead on non-gamedays starting on Monday, August 11, at 115 Federal Street at PNC Park. The entrance is located in between the Willie Stargell Statue adjacent to the Wigle Whiskey restaurant and the Pirates Clubhouse Store. Pirates staff will be located there to assist with redemption.
Redemption will take place on Monday – Thursday non-gamedays starting August 11. Fans will be able to pick up their bobblehead anytime between the hours of 11 a.m. - 3 p.m., Monday – Thursday. For additional flexibility, one (1) Saturday date and two (2) Wednesday evenings will be included. The August dates included in this redemption option are:

You may choose to utilize metered street parking on Federal Street and surrounding areas, as well as pay parking in the Blue 10 Parking Garage on weekdays only. Please be prepared to show the digital voucher (in your MLB Ballpark App) as that is required for redemption. Fans without the issued voucher will not be eligible for a bobblehead. Please note that on Monday, August 11, through Thursday, August 14, the Roberto Clemente Bridge will be closed to traffic. Vehicles may access Federal Street via the Andy Warhol Bridge on 7th Street.
The bobblehead can also be redeemed inside the ballpark if you attend a future game, starting on Monday, August 18. A game ticket is required. You would simply visit our Season Ticket Holder Headquarters (by using the skybridge located adjacent to the Main Concourse escalators behind section 132) and show your digital voucher (in your MLB Ballpark App). The STH HQ will be open for pick up from gates open through the end of the 3rd inning.
